AVERY ISD has increased their pay scale to be highly competitive.
- Teacher salaries are 8% above the new State Minimum Base Pay Scale
- Starting at $36,403.50
- Math, Science and Second Language teachers are paid an additional stipend:
- $3,000 for 9th - 12th *Teachers who teach JH & HS will receive the higher stipend only.
- $1,500 for 6th - 8th
- Coaching stipends are dependent upon sports coached.
