In the school business, May is always a very busy month and we are certainly no different here at Avery. Below is a listing of High School and Middle School scheduled events:
-May 6th: Senior breakfast at the United Methodist Church @ 8:15 am
-May 9th: 8th grade to career day at NTCC & 1st Baptist Church supper for Seniors only @ 6:00pm
-May 10th: Jr/Sr Prom
-May 13th: HS Beta Club Induction Ceremony @ 7:00pm
-May 14th: Jr Beta Club to Ft Worth Zoo
-May 15th: Academic Banquet in the cafeteria @ 6pm
-May 16th: Harry’s Half Acre-Seniors and parents only @ 6:30pm
-May 18th: Senior Reception at Missionary Baptist Church @ 5:00pm & Baccalaureate at the United Methodist Church @ 7:00pm
-May 19th: Ag Banquet @ 6:00pm
-May 22nd: Senior Trip to Six Flags & Kindergarten Graduation 7pm
-May 23rd: TAKS BASH
-May 29th: 5th, 6th, & 7th Grade Academic Award Ceremony @ 10:00am & 8th Grade Graduation 7pm
-May 30th: HS Graduation 7pm
